Pacific Islands Bilingual Bicultural Association (PIBBA) and Ginen i Hila i Maga’taotao Siha Association members shared cultural stories, poems, and coconut-leaf weaving in celebration of Chamorro Month on March 18 and 25, 2017 at the Hagatna Public Library.
